57 year old patient of Dr. Weinrach had large saline implants placed by another surgeon about 13 years ago. She came to see us because she felt that her breasts were too large and heavy. She was otherwise completely healthy, and simply wanted her implants removed to lighten her breasts. She now feels much better and is very pleased.
