This is a 70 year old woman who had 30 year old silicone gel implants with some asymmetry in implant position and irregularity of the feel of her breasts. Dr. Weinrach removed her old implants and replaced them with modern Allergane Natrelle cohesive silicone gel or “gummy bear” breast implants. He also made some adjustments to the breast pockets to make her breasts more symmetrical.
