64 year old man who had neck laxity that was quite severe corrected with a TZplasty direct neck lift. This was an outpatient procedure with a total operating room time of about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Sutures are removed one week later and activity is back to normal at about that time as well. He shares his experience.
