This a 31 year old woman who was not comfortable with her prominent ears. She had flattened ear folds and well as ears that “stuck out” too far. This was corrected with an otoplasty on each side. Her ear folds were improved with sutures in the back of the ear. The ear was set back (ear pinning) also with sutures. This was all done through incisions in the back of the ear which are not visible from the front. With the ears set back, the incisions are hardly noticeable from the back either! She is very pleased with her new ear contour.
