Botox

What is Botox

Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport are brand names of the aesthetic version of botulinum toxin, a product very popular non-surgical treatment that relaxes the muscles that cause facial lines and wrinkles. Facial lines that can be treated include the vertical lines between the eyebrows and horizontal lines just above the nose, lines across the forehead, and wrinkles next to the eyes (“crow’s feet”). Thick neck bands can at times be improved. These lines and creases are then softened or can even temporarily completely disappear.
