52 year old woman had old, ruptured breast implants and capsular contractures of both breasts causing firmness and discomfort. Dr Weinrach removed her ruptured breast implants, removed both of her capsules (total capsulectomy), and placed brand new Allergan Natrelle Cohesive breast implants in a new plane. Galaflex scaffold was placed as well to augment soft tissue support. She now has soft, natural feeling breasts that look much better.
