This is a 71 year old woman who had breast implants placed in the past by another surgeon. She also had a revision with Strattice in the past for sagging of her implants. She came to Dr. Weinrach with a recurrence of her sagging breasts. She had very thin, weak tissues. Dr. Weinrach was able to lift her breast implants back into acceptable position and give them support by placing Galaflex scaffold as an internal bra. She is very pleased and describes her experience approximately 3 months after surgery.
