Description

61 year old woman had breast augmentation 14 years ago with saline breast implants.  She developed breast sagging over the last 14 years.  She was happy with her saline implants and did not want to remove or change them.  She had a breast lift by Dr. Weinrach to correct the sagging.  After pictures are one month postoperative.  The scars will continue to improve with time.
