56 year old woman who developed breast sagging after a 25lb weight loss. She desired a lift of her breasts as well as more volume. She was treated with a mastopexy (breast lift) as well as placement of an Allergan Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch 310cc SSM breast implant. After pictures are 6 weeks postoperative.
