50 year old woman who had a breast lift and augmentation with saline implants approximately 10 years before seeing Dr. Weinrach.   Since that time, she had significant weight loss, and developed recurrent sagging of her breasts and rippling from the saline breast implants.  Dr. Weinrach removed her old 275cc saline implants, replaced them with Allergan Natrelle 405cc Cohesive silicone gel, placed Galaflex scaffold to strengthen her tissues to lower the risk of future implant sagging, and redid the mastopexy (breast lift).  Her breast contour is greatly improved, the rippling is resolved, and she is quite thrilled.  After pictures are one year postoperative.
