51 year old woman had aging upper and lower eyelids.  Her lower eyelid “puffiness” was due to herniated fat. She had an upper and lower blepharoplasty with transconjunctival fat excision, lateral canthopexy, and brow lift.  She is only 5 weeks postoperative here.  Scars are already barely perceptable.
