18-year-old male was not happy with his protuberant ears. This was corrected with otoplasty. Dr. Weinrach created a better antihelical fold in the upper third of his ear, the ear was set back by removing some excess conchal cartilage, as well as sutures to hold the ear back in a better position, and the earlobe was setback with sutures as well.

After pictures are 6 weeks post-op.
