Description

This is a 21 year old woman who desired improvement of her prominent ears and significant ear asymmetry.  Her right ear had a much greater deformity than the left.  She desired a subtle setback of the left ear.  She was treated with an otoplasty on both sides.  She as much better symmetry and ear contour on both sides.  After pictures are 1 month postoperative.
