FINANCING and Payment Options
Financing is available through CareCredit® and PatientFi. CareCredit® and PatientFi are flexible payment programs which makes it easy to finance cosmetic procedures.
We also accept cash, wire transfer, all major credit cards, and Zelle®. We are unable to accept checks including cashier’s checks.
For payments in cash, we offer a 2% discount. Payments for facility and anesthesia fees do not qualify for this discount. Carecredit and PatientFi can not be used for anesthesia and facility fees.
Payment Policy
For surgical procedures, a $500.00 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve a date for surgery. This fee is applied toward the total cost. The remaining fees are due in full two weeks prior to surgery or on your preoperative visit. Anesthesia fees are paid directly to the anesthesiologist, and operating room fees are paid to the facility. Carecredit and PatientFi can not be used for anesthesia and facility fees.
Payment for nonsurgical services is expected at the time of service.
Credit card payments for surgical services require the credit card holder to be present in person with a valid government issued ID.
INSURANCE
Dr. Weinrach is not a contracted provider of any PPO, HMO, or any other managed healthcare insurance company. We can not bill any insurance company.
