Which Daddy Do-Over Procedures Can be Combined?
Liposuction and Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) Surgery
Not all men who want to sculpt a flat stomach require tummy tuck surgery, but if you have been overweight in the past, you may need both a tummy tuck and liposuction to restore your lean midriff. While liposuction works to remove targeted pockets of fat, an abdominoplasty can address other issues such as excess or loose skin and the underlying muscles of the abdominal wall. When you visit Dr. Weinrach for a consultation, he will let you know whether you could most benefit from a tummy tuck, liposuction, or both procedures together.
Liposuction is typically performed alongside abdominoplasty to simultaneously remove stubborn belly fat and loose skin, which can be leftover after substantial weight loss. Having dermal fillers and Botox® administered during the same appointment is safe and convenient (the whole process takes about 20 minutes), so we usually recommend combining both treatments to erase years from your face.
The use of dermal fillers and neuromodulators together has been named, “the liquid facelift.” While those with very advanced facial aging tend to get the best results with a surgical facelift, the liquid facelift does a great job for patients with mild to moderate signs of aging.
