Description

66-year-old male with more severe gynecomastia. There is significant skin excess as well as feminization of the breasts.
This requires more extensive surgery than just liposuction. Skin must be removed as well and the nipple is repositioned.
This does leave visible scars but in exchange for a greatly improved breast contour.
