This very nice woman is 65 years old who had a saline breast augmentation in 2003. She then had a mastopexy in 2017. She came to Dr. Weinrach with poor upper pole fullness, lateral implant malposition (“side boob”), and breast ptosis (sagging). These issues were corrected with removal of her saline implants, reshaping of the pockets, placement of modern Motiva breast implants, and galaflex to increase the strength of her tissue.
