Description

35 year old woman who initially had a breast augmentation.  Over the next 5 years she experienced dropping of her implants, with rippling and implant palpability due to her very thin and weak tissue.  She desired more volume and lifted breasts.  She had her 405cc gel implants removed and replaced with Mentor MemoryGel Xtra 465cc high profile, supported with Galaform 3D scaffold, and a breast lift (mastopexy).  After pictures are approximately 7 months postoperative.
