Description

32-year-old female whose main complaint was sagging breasts. She did not want a formal breast lift (mastopexy) because she did not want visible scars; she just wanted improved breast contour.
She had breast augmentation, 300cc moderate plus profile silicone gel implants, with a slight variation in the technique, allowing the implant to still be “under the muscle”, yet with more contact with the breast tissue and in less contact with muscle than a standard breast augmentation.
This gives a somewhat “lifted” appearance without a formal mastopexy.
She has only a 3.5 centimeter incision in the inframammary crease and not visible due to the natural ptosis of her breasts; visible scars were avoided.
