Description

63 year old woman who had a breast augmentation with saline implants and a breast lift in the past.  She came to Dr. Weinrach with implant rippling, breast sagging, and very thin and weak breast tissue.  This was corrected with removal of her saline breast implants, replacement with Allergan Natrelle 255cc Cohesive extra full profile silicone gel breast implants, a new breast lift, and placement of galaflex scaffold to augment the strength of her soft tissue.  The galaflex acts as an internal bra to provide long term support for the implants, and lowers the risk of “bottoming out”.  After pictures are one month postoperative.
