40 year old man who had his gynecomastia treated by another surgeon with liposuction. He came to see me wishing additional correction. He had firm gynecomastia tissue as well as significant asymmetry. He was treated with direct excision of the remaining gynecomastia tissue. No skin was removed. After pictures are approximately 7 months post operative.
