Description

57 yo male developed neck laxity after an 80lb weight loss.  This was treated with a TZplasty neck lift, also called a direct neck lift.  This is a 1 and a half hour outpatient procedure with very little downtime compared to a traditional face and neck lift.  After pictures are 4 months postoperative.
