Description

71 year old male who desired correction of his neck laxity.  This is sometimes referred to as a turkey-gobbler neck.  He did not desire facelift.  Dr. Weinrach treated him with a male direct-neck lift, also known as TZplasty neck lift or Zplasty neck lift.   This is about a one and one half hour procedure, with considerably less downtime and expense compared to a traditional face and neck lift.  The trade-off is a midline neck scar, which in men tends to heal extremely nicely.  Attached is his scar at 5 weeks, which already looks excellent but will continue to improve even more over the next several months.
