Description
27 year old male was not happy with his ears that “stuck out”. He had a relatively normal antihelical fold (upper ear fold). His main problem was too much conchal cartilage (mid ear cartilage). He was treated with an otoplasty that involved removal of some of the extra conchal cartilage, setback of of the ear (pinning) with sutures, and slight setback of the ear lobe as well. After pictures are one month postoperative.
