This is a 62 year old female who presented to us with sagging of her abdomen and back. She also had an old ruptured saline breast implant. Dr. Weinrach removed her old implants and replaced with Allergan Natrelle Cohesive smooth round silicone gel breast implants. He also did a tummy tuck and SAFELipo of her flanks and back.
