Description

29 year old woman desired larger breasts and improvement of her wide cleavage.  To better improve her cleavage area, we decided to place the breast implants on top of the muscle.  She had a breast augmentation with Motiva 310cc ergonomix mini, subfascial.  To strengthen her thin tissue, Dr. Weinrach also placed Galaflex scaffold in the lower pole of her breast.  After pictures are 10 weeks postoperative.
