62 year old woman had a breast augmentation with Motiva ergonomix 355cc full profile breast implants, subglandular (on top of the muscle).  Galaflex was added to increase soft tissue strength; this functions somewhat as an “internal bra”.  She had a tummy tuck as well which can be viewed here: https://www.drweinrach.com/photo-gallery/mommy-makeover/tummy-tuck-case-12323/.
