63 year old gentleman who desired improvement of his gynecomastia.  He was treated with SAFELipo of his chest.  SAFELipo is an advanced liposuction technique that involves Separation, Aspiration, and Fat Equalization, using specialized cannulas.  This is much more effective than traditional liposuction for gynecomastia.  After pictures are three months postoperative.
