Description

34 year old male was bothered by a small amount of gynecomastia tissue underneath the nipple/areola.  This was corrected by direct excision of the tissue in this area.  This is a somewhat subtle improvement physically but a very common situation that causes significant concern to the patients, and tremendous relief after surgery.  After pictures are one year postoperative.
