Description
11 yo girl had prominent ears. She had absent antihelical folds and too much conchal cartilage, all contributing to prominent, lateralized ears. Dr Weinrach corrected these problems by creating an antihelical fold using sutures called Mustarde sutures. He also removed some extra conchal cartilage, and also set the ear and earlobes back using sutures. After pictures are 7 weeks postoperative.
