This is a 37 year old woman who had a breast augmentation in the distant past, and came to see Dr. Weinrach with breast sagging. She had a breast lift with the addition of GalaFLEX scaffold to increase the strength of her weakened breast tissues and give better long term support and uplifting of her breast implants. We decided not to change her existing implants. She is very pleased.
