50 year old female had a breast lift and saline implants approximately 10 years ago. She recently lost significant weight. She presented to us with sagging breasts, palpable implants with rippling, and very weak tissue typical of weight loss. She was treated with an implant exchange, change to Allergan smooth round silicone gel Cohesive implants, placement of Galaflex scaffold for long term support, and a new mastopexy (breast lift). She has an extremely nice result and is thrilled.
